Shop on the Ridge was envisioned for many years, but work, family and home duties made it a dream for some future time.

I come from a family who have, in past generations, made their livelihood off of the land and with the skills of their hands. So woodworking has always been an interest to me. In my spare time, I have made numerous pieces of furniture for our home.

 

I am now finding time to make these creations in our little shop for your home and family. I use a variety of sustainably harvested exotic and local woods, some from our Carolinian woodlot behind our home. The different woods used in Shop on the Ridge creations have a distinctive beauty, often with natural swirls and shades that makes each piece one of a kind. I hope you enjoy using them as much as I enjoyed making them.
